Repetitive maybe to a fault, but also extremely consistent. This album is produced so damn well I can forgive the lack of songwriting capability. The vocals are placed perfectly in the mix and have the prefect texture for the kind of black metal that’s played, which is mostly traditional and serious is nature, but with just a hint of DSBM in the monotonous riffing and sad organ synths. Speaking of, I would’ve loved to hear them more, they’re used exclusively as outros and I really wished I could’ve heard them along side the guitars. I think they’ve would’ve made a fine compliment.

Other than that this is great, I love how Zmora manages to take traditional black metal and underutilize the blast beats enough in favor of hard hitting and stoic mid tempo drum riffs to where it had it’s own unique sound. Awesome EP!
